As a customer you have the right to back out of the contract, return the goods or completely cancel your order without a statement within 14 business days of receiving your order. The delivered products must be returned undamaged, unused, clean, functional and complete and flawless original packaging. The returned product will not be accepted back if the product or the packaging has been opened.

The shipping costs for returning the products has to be paid by the customer. 

If an item was not returned in the condition requested, the product will be shipped back. In this case you will accept to pay for the product and the additional shipping cost. The cost for items which arrive damaged, because of insufficient packaging, are to be covered by the customer. Therefore returns in envelopes are not accepted.

If the products were timely and properly returned, you receive the new invoice via email. If the bill has been paid already, you will receive store credit for the returned products, which you can see in your customer account and will be applied to your next order automatically. It is possible to cash out the return amount to your bank account. If you paid with a credit card, PayPal account, or TWINT, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.
