Payment methods

Invoice by POWERPAY

PowerPay
You will receive the invoice by e-mail. Please note that when paying by invoice, you accept POWERPAY's GTC (powerpay.ch/en/agb), a valid e-mail address is required. If you don't pay within the payment deadline (14 days), A monthly invoice will be sent by mail the following month with an addtional fee of CHF 2.90.

To be able to pay by monthly invoice, the following requirements have to be met:

  • The billing address is a private address and is identical to the shipping address.
  • The payment check (performed by POWERPAY) was successful.
  • Your date of birth is correct.

The payment is due within 14 days.
 

Credit cards / PostFinance

MasterCard VISA PostCard PostFinance E-Finance
You have the possiblity to use your Visa, your MasterCard, your PostCard, or your PostFinance E-Finance to pay for your order. The process of your payment is handled by SIX Payment Services also known as Saferpay. We do not store credit card information and you do not take any risks when paying with your credit card. Additionally your invoice is already paid. (The full amount will only be charged after the order has left our warehouse).

We do not charge credit card commissions.
 

PayPal

PayPal
You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. The process of your payment is handled by PayPal. We do not store credit card information and you do not take any risks when paying with your PayPal account. Additionally your invoice is already paid. (The full amount will only be charged after the order has left our warehouse).

TWINT

TWINT
You can use your TWINT app to pay for your order. We do not store credit card information and you do not take any risks when paying with your TWINT app. Additionally your invoice is already paid. (The full amount will only be charged after the order has left our warehouse).

Advance payment

Prepayment
You can access all your invoices in your customer account in your orders menu and can print these to pay them online or at the post office.
We do not mail any invoices for advance payment.

After payment receipt, we will ship your order immediately.

It may take up to 3 business days until we receive your payment. If you urgently need your box, we advise you to select a different payment option.

Please note:
Your order will be reserved for 7 days after you ordered. If no payment is received within this time we will cancel your order!

We ask you to please transfer the money by internet banking, so there won't be any additional expenses. Naturally you can also pay at the post office.
 

Invoice

Invoice
This payment option is offered to existing customers only. Additionally, the following requirements have to be met to be able to pay by invoice:

  • The billing address is a private address.
  • The name on the billing address is your name.
  • The credit check (performed by Intrum AG) was successful.
  • Your date of birth is correct.
  • There are no unpaid invoices in your account.
  • The order amount does not exceed CHF 200.00.
  • You have signed up with us. You cannot pay by invoice without signing up.

We do not mail any invoices.

The payment is due 10 days of the billing date with no deductions. Unauthorized deductions will be invoiced.

It may take up to 3 business days until we receive your payment.

We ask you to please transfer the money by internet banking, so there won't be any additional expenses. Naturally you can also pay at the post office.

You can access your bills in your customer account in your orders menu at any time. We do not mail any invoices.
