Whitening strips- Clean your teeth 30 minutes before use
- Stick the strip with the larger surface on the upper row of teeth, the one with the smaller surface on the lower row of teeth
- The adhesive strip should lie in the middle of the gums
- Repeat the application daily for one week (leave on for 1-2 hours)
- Remove strips and clean teeth
Whitening pen
- Clean the teeth with the toothbrush
- Pump the end of the pen until the gel comes out
- Apply evenly to the teeth (avoid contact with the gums)
- Leave on for 10-30 minutes
- Rinse your mouth and remove the remaining gel
